Slipstream Sockeye Salmon pick up is coming to HK Brewing Co! This October 4th we are hosting Slipstream Sockeye, bringing wild alaskan salmon from boat to table!

Hello there! I’m super excited to be offering fish shares in Utah this fall! You have the choice of a 20 lb share of portions or a 20 lb share of fillets and it’s all flash frozen, super high quality and ethically caught! This fish is from one of the most sustainably managed fisheries in the world. In Bristol Bay we use gill nets to catch fish, which means virtually no bycatch and a very low environmental impact. Preorders can be placed on the website until September 25!
