Join us for the first annual Harvest Dinner at HK Brewing Collective’s Taproom & Bar!

Food will be provided by Central 9th Market’s kitchen in collaboration with Bug Farms, with beverages curated by the team at HK Brewing, and music for the evening by Caviar Club.

Enjoy a 5-course Harvest Dinner crafted by Chef Max Nelson of Central 9th Kitchen, inspired by the crisp air, vibrant fall foliage, and the season’s bounty.

The menu includes, but is not limited to: house-smoked andouille with butter beans & chard, raw scallop with shiitake-braised onion & horseradish, and a mouthwatering peach dish. Menu subject to change.

Each course will be accompanied by a suggested beverage pairing. You’ll have the unique experience of watching our talented chefs cook live in front of you while you sip beautifully crafted cocktails, zero-proof options, and local brews from Utah.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, with dinner starting around 7:00 pm. Plan to spend a couple of hours enjoying the autumn air, great conversation, and incredible food and drink.
